How We Use Information

We use your information to manage your tenancy, process applications, schedule and complete maintenance, send community notices, respond to your requests, and meet legal and contractual obligations.

SMS / Text Messaging

If you provide your mobile number, we use it to send messages through the Rikeza Management Tenant Messaging program as described in our SMS Terms. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business (for example, maintenance contractors or our messaging provider) solely to perform services for us, or when required by law, to protect our rights, or with your consent. Such service providers may not use your information for their own marketing.
