Rikeza Management Tenant Messaging is operated by RIKEZA MANAGEMENT, CORP. Tenants receive text messages about community notices and maintenance scheduling, and may text maintenance requests to (727) 493-7894.

How You Opt In

You opt in when you provide your mobile number on your lease or rental application, or by sending a text message to (727) 493-7894.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, typically no more than about 1–2 messages per day.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt Out & Help

Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact chuck@pasquotto.com or (727) 493-7894.
